Phase 0: Interest
- You fill out an intake form
- (OR) Contact me of your trip interest
Phase 1: Intake
- We set up a time for a call or zoom for a FREE consultation
- On this call we will go over your trip in great detail
- I'll go over my process
- From start of the trip to the end
- We'll set up another time to follow up with (3) quotes (or more information)
** Before proceeding to the next phase a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 will need to be made for the work and presentation of up to 3 quotes **
Phase 2: Quote Presentation
- We will go over the 3 quotes presented
- Quotes will include:
- Flights (If booking a package or requested)
- Accommodations with pictures
- Transportation to and from the airport
- As well as, how to get around whilst in country
- A list of recommended excursions with prices and pictures
- My affiliate link will be provided if you'd prefer to make plans later or while in country
- Some local lingo and must try food recommendations
- A little History/Culture of the area being visited
- Events taking place during your trip
- Pictures and Map
- Electrical and Currency Exchange
- Weather, Health and Safety advisories
- Vaccinations
- Areas to Avoid
- Documentations needed
- Calculation information and Numbers to companies
- Embassy Info
- Travel Insurance
- You'll give any feedback, changes, ideas, etc

Phase 3: Booking
As soon as you agree and love the proposed itinerary you'll have 24hrs to lock in the proposed prices!! -- Quotes have 24hr shelf life
- 1st you will sign a credit card authorization form giving me the right to use your credit card for the reason and amount detailed in the form
- You will receive a form for each proposed purchase
- After all documents re received I will make the purchases on your behalf
- You will then receive an itemized receipt
* If booking flights yourself, you will be responsible to make that purchase on your own
** Additional service fee may apply and will be discussed before any final payments are made - i.e. Booking groups, using wholesale suppliers
Phase 4: Always Here For You
- I'll be updating you with any weather, health, and safety advisories
- I'll be your 1st point of contact if ANYTHING goes wrong
- I'll be contacting you before your trip to remind you to pack and to make sure you made it to the airport
- I'll be contacting you during your trip to ensure you make any excursions and back to the airport
- I'll be contacting you after your trip to ensure you make it home safely
